Fr alle gut zu wissen: Tracker, die nicht abgewhlt werden knnen, drfen nur eingesetzt werden, wenn sie objektiv zwingend erforderlich sind. Es reicht nicht aus, wenn ein Anbieter diese Tracker nur dringend einsetzen will, weil sie irgendwie zum Geschftsmodell gehren.

Ich habe zum Glck noch eine "alte Kiste" aber jung genug um einigermaen sparsam im Verbrauch und Aussto zu sein. Es graut mir davor, mir so eine vierrdrige Tacking-Kiste anschaffen zu mssen. Einerseits wrde ich gern CO2-arm fahren, also am liebsten mit E-Auto, andererseits will ich natrlich nicht getrackt werden beim Autofahren. Nicht mal mit zwangsweisem "Notdienst"-Funk.

This script let's you black/whitelist specific parameters, or whitelist specific sites (though currently they have to be added to the script, since I haven't made a pretty UI).
You can also add your own rules for how to deal with parameter values.
Currently it requires a extension like ViolentMonkey (or TamperMonkey which decided to go closed-source) to work.
If people like this and find it useful, then I'll probably add a UI, and maybe make a standalone browser add-on.

Grundstzlich wandert neben den beiden bekannten Browsern auch stets auf die Rechner. Bislang tat ich mich jedoch mit dessen Bedienung schwer, obwohl ich in den letzten Jahren ja vermehrt auf Konsolenprogramme setze. Wo aber die beiden "Groen" immer mehr zu aufgeblhten Monster werden, die nicht nur GBs an Arbeitsspeicher vereinnahmen, sondern auch immer schwieriger zu kontrollieren sind, habe ich im System gerade qutebrowser als Standard definiert.
Auch wenn dieser Blocklisten integriert hat, fhle ich mich ohne trotzdem ziemlich ungeschtzt dem massenhaften ausgeliefert. Die fehlende Integration werde ich wohl mit etwas mehr copy&paste berleben. Mal sehen, ob ich es diesmal durchhalte

Take this Lemmy post for example: Someone posted a YouTube link with some ID affixed to it. "Copy Link Without Site Tracking" doesn't get rid of it. The ClearURLs extension does.
Ironically, I've only seen "Copy Link Without Site Tracking" work when removing tracking from Firefox's own links. Check screenshot.
