When a web site asks me if I want to accept cookies, I say fine, I don't care.
I also set my browser to discard all cookies on exit (with a few explicit per-site exceptions).
I also exit my browser when I'm done for the day.
I also use a password wallet, so logging in is fast and easy and secure (important since discarding cookies logs me out).
